You can look forward to daytrips out in the magical winter scenery when the landscape is covered in snow. You can venture out on wooden skis or take a trip by dog sled and even visit some snow sculptures. You can lay back and relax on one of our reindeer sleighs as the reindeer, which have been trained to a high standard, pull you over the frozen lakes and tundra. The season you are here decides whether you explore on foot or on skis. You can visit deserted farms, places of historical and cultural interest as well as several natural reserves in the local vicinity of the retreat.

Transport is provided mostly by the seven reindeer that live on the retreat. Five of them are fully trained to pull sleighs and transport belongings. In the evenings, you can relax in the sauna of the retreat and calm your soul. The sauna is built in a truly unique style and you will enjoy a very unique sauna experience. When you can't take the heat any more, come out of the sauna steaming, roll around in the snow or jump into an ice cold stream, all under the spectacular night sky with its starlight and the breathtaking Polar Light.

A mouth-watering Lapish style meal awaits you at the end of each day. You can enjoy delicious salmon which is prepared stone age style in birch bark with wild berries. All the meals are prepared from local natural produce giving you a real taste for the region.

The very special and comfortable timber cabins offer accommodation that cannot be compared to ordinary wooden cabins. All the cabins have been built and furnished personally by the owners and all have a very individual, unique design.
